A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before its official release. We'll ship it as soon as it's available in Italy or, for Japanese products, as soon as we receive it from the distributor.
When will I receive a pre-order product?
The date indicated on the product is the estimated release or arrival date. It may vary due to manufacturer or courier delays. You will be notified by email if there are any changes.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase, unless the product has already been shipped or imported upon request. Contact us by email to proceed.
📦 SHIPPING
How long does it take to ship?
Orders in stock are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the product is available.
Do you also ship internationally?
Absolutely yes, we ship worldwide. For shipments outside the EU, contact us.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to track your shipment.

Can I pay on delivery?
We do not currently offer cash on delivery.

📜 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return, as long as the product is still sealed and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
